High Strangeness and What’s Ahead

If the past few years have shown us anything, it’s that the future can end up being far weirder than we might’ve imagined.

WHO could’ve seen the entire world locked down due to a Lab Leak! Weird times. Sad times too.

So what’s coming next….

The smartest people on the planet are shouting from the rooftops to put the breaks on A.I. and I agree.

The single biggest threat to humanity is a rogue artificial intelligence with far superior capabilities in every sector of knowledge.

I’ve written about the singularity in a previous post so I won’t go back into the details of that. However, it’s coming and I wonder if there’s a connection to the increase in UAP (ufo) sightings.

Everyone is walking around with a camera on their phone so there’s no doubt that’s contributing to the increase in photo captures of UAPs but regardless, there has been a HUGE uptick in sightings!

Go look outside tonight. Get a high vantage point and scan not just up high but over the tree tops down low.

Chances are pretty high you’ll see something that isn’t a satellite, that isn’t a meteor, learn to tell the difference. Meteors don’t move slow and don’t stop and don’t change directions. Same with satellites.

Something is happening.

Something is coming.

And it’s STRANGE.

Are you ready?

ENCOUNTERED

It's been a long, cold, dark winter here in New England.
These are the terror filled winters you read about, where cabin fever sets in, where dark shadows cast along icy roads, amongst screeching snow laden pines, cracking and snapping in the blustery sub zero wind remind you that ITS COLD AND WINTER SUCKS!

I'm about to share with you, dear reader the cold hard TRUTH of what's really out there.  For those
of you who do not want their world view shaken, I advise you to turn back, look away, go watch your TV. This isn't going to be for everybody, some of you will not be able to accept it, some will dismiss it out right. Others will think I'm delusional, or have a fanciful imagination. Some will think I'm just an outright liar.

I'm not writing this for those people, I'm writing this, for the few who KNOW I'm telling the truth because they too have seen what I have.
I'm not alone, there are others like me who have peeled back the facade and now have more questions than answers.

I am a Seeker of truth and knowledge.

So let us begin....

It was a lovely fall evening, my Son and his girlfriend wanted a ride to the movies to catch the 8:00 showing. I happily agreed to take them and we left around 7:35.

The night air was cool but not cold, the sky was crystal clear, no clouds at all. As we drove down a familiar road on our way to the theater, I noticed in the upper right side of my windshield, a bright glowing object!

I pointed it out to the kids and they too saw it moving very slowly, in a straight line west to east, barely over the tree line. Moving approx. 5 mph or less! "what the heck is that?!" I asked knowing full well they certainly didn't know! It wasn't huge, maybe only a little bit bigger than a beach ball. It looked like something on Fire!

I asked the kids if they thought we should follow it and we were all curious as to what it was so we did! I turned right and was now directly behind the object and could see it even better now, it was glowing with what appeared to be bright orange, undulating plasma!! There was NO sound coming from this thing.

It was not floating like a Chinese lantern (which by the way I have seen and this was NOT THAT) it was not drifting in the wind like a balloon or a kite, it was moving at a consistent and steady rate, in a perfectly straight line. The object was very bright and the color of orange plasma. The center appeared more dense and I could see the outline of a diamond shape on the inside of what can best be described as undulating, burning, plasma!

I followed it, caught up with it and it STOPPED. So I stopped! I turned my car into a side street that was an entrance to a public park that was then closed to get out of the middle of the street. I now had my car parked and directly facing the object which was now stationary (yet still undulating like a jellyfish!) the kids and I were in AWE! We were all asking the same questions! "What the heck IS THAT??!!"

We starred at it for about a minute and it felt like it was watching us too! Then it moved behind a tree so I pulled my car forward and to the left to get a better vantage again, as I did that my son said "Woah, it just took off!". He saw it make a right angled turn and disappear in less than a second! It was gone! We were stunned!

All of us tried to make sense of what just happened. I started driving towards the theater and was confused, I couldn't for the life of me REMEMBER how to get to the movie theater I had been to a hundred times, in a town I grew up in and have lived in my entire life!! The kids too, couldn't remember how to get to the theater!!

We drove around familiar streets, I knew where I was! I just couldn't recall which way was the correct one! Now I would've chalked that up to just being confused after an unusual and disturbing incident, BUT, it wasn't just happening to me!

We finally figured out which way to go and they ended up being too late for the film they wanted but stayed and caught another movie anyway. The entire event, including getting lost (which is the ONLY time I've ever gotten lost in my hometown!) seemed to only take about a half hour but I'm not certain due to the way we all felt after seeing the strange object.

We all felt good, euphoric even, but confused at the same time. Anyone that knows me, knows that IF I were to ever get lost, I would normally be agitated and (let's just say) less than pleasant. But we were all HAPPY! Giggling, pleasant, curious, confused but Happy! It was ALMOST the single most weirdest thing I've ever experienced. You'll understand later why I say ALMOST.

Later that evening I reported our sighting to MUFON. I gave them all the pertinent information declined an interview due to not wanting to draw attention to myself. Here on my Blog, I'm somewhat safe and my personal life is sheltered from the ridicule that comes with this sort of thing.

I've since, researched MANY sightings like mine but to date, no one has come as close to one of these things as we have. Or at least they haven't reported it. KEEP LOOKING UP PEOPLE!

There is SOMETHING out there at night, SOMETHING not yet explained, SOMETHING found all
over our planet. Go watch some YouTube videos of "fireballs" in the sky. Some ARE Chinese lanterns, some have tails and are clearly meteors, but SOME like the one we saw, are under some sort of intelligent control, these seemingly undulating balls of plasma, traveling at speeds that are supposed to be scientifically impossible, are being filmed and experienced by everyday ordinary people, Police Officers, Boat Captains, Pilots and more!

Whatever they are, they aren't hiding so go get your phone, your tablet or your camera and go SEE for your self.  After all, SEEING truly is Believing.

The Race to 2012

Is time speeding up? Are the rumors of end times true? Are you experiencing an ever increasing amount of synchronic events? Real life accounts of the paranormal are on the increase. One only needs to notice the increase in number of television shows having to do with ghosts, psychics, prophecies about 2012 and the end times to see that our tangible world is reacting to SOMETHING. What is this something?

I’d call it global consciousness.

Terrence McKenna believed the past and the future were directly influencing the present. Sure he did copious amounts of acid but who’s to say he didn’t open his mind to a higher level of consciousness in the process? His theory of Time Waves are quite interesting. Can you imagine if time were a series of waves in which reflections of the past and intimations of the future come together coexisting with the present? It might explain how one would be able to access occult knowledge. As the veil between these time waves thin or perhaps come together knowledge will be easier to access through meditation, dreams, psychic abilities, and all forms of divination.
Mr. McKenna favored the I Ching for it’s mathematical correlations to time but who’s to say which form of ancient divination is the right one. I say try them all!

How did those Ancients from around the globe (without communicating with one another) come to the same end date of humanity? Quite a parlor trick if you ask me.

I hope they’re wrong!

I’d like to think Raymond Kurzweil has the right idea when he said ; “The Singularity Is Near... We will not experience 100 years of progress in the 21st century; rather we will witness on the order of 20,000 years of progress... Accelerating technology will lead to superhuman A.I. intelligence that will soon exceed human intelligence, probably by the year 2030. The results on the other side of the 'event horizon' are unpredictable."

Well then, now that’s more like it!
Onward to the singularity, time zero here we come ready or not.

Like we have a choice anyway. ;)

Guardsmen Sense Ghostly Presence In New Orleans

The presence of the supernatural and the influence of voodoo long have been synonymous with New Orleans.

In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, members of the U.S. military are saying that there's something spooky going on and it's not just images of death and destruction that's haunting them.

By all accounts, the Sophie B. Wright Middle School in New Orleans sits empty and evacuated except for military personnel who have taken over the campus as a staging site for missions around the battered city. But the men in uniform have the feeling that they're not alone.

It prompted a chaplain to utter this directive: "In the name of Jesus Chris, I command you Satan to leave the dark areas of this building."Said Sgt. Robin Hairston of the California National Guard: "I was in my sleeping bag and I opened by eyes and in the doorway was a little girl," . "It wasn't my imagination."

Hairston wasn't the only one seeing things. Spc. Rosales Leanor had her own close encounter.
"I was using the restroom and I just saw a little shadow," Leanor said, "kind of looming in front of me."

Another member of the Guard unit said that she saw and heard a little girl laughing when she opened a closet that contained cleaning supplies.

At a Baton Rouge marina, boats were strewn like trash, but not a shred of paper could be found. Except for the pages of a Bible, which was found by a soldier. It was open to the Book of Revelations. At a nearby church, nearly destroyed, another Bible was found, showing the exact same passage from Revelations.

Like the power of nature, there is a power at work in New Orleans that defies explanation.

The Benton Homestead Pics Are In!

It was a dark and stormy night . . .

No not really, but it was a full moon and we did show up there right about Midnight.
Besides if it was stormy, the pics would’ve sucked. ;)
It was however, dark very dark.

Seriously now, what we found was a seemingly empty house.
What we felt, was something not quite right. It was as if we were being watched.
We didn’t see anything unusual about the house but the photos tell a different tale.

If you don’t already know the story of The Benton Homestead you can read more about it here.

The photos are in their natural state and have not been altered in any way.

Take a look at the pics and tell us what you see?

The Bell Witch

The Bell Witch Legend
In the early 1800s, John Bell moved his family from North Carolina to the Red River bottomland in Robertson County, Tennessee, settling in a community that later became known as Adams. The Bells quickly made many friends and gained prominence in the community. Nearly 17 years later on their farm the Bells began hearing "beating" sounds on the outside walls of their house.
These mysterious sounds continued with increased force each night. The noises were soon followed by more problems. The Bell children began waking up frightened and complaining of sounds. It wasn't long until the children began complaining of more terrifying things--having their bed covers pulled and their pillows were tossed onto the floor by a seemingly invisible force.
As time went on, the Bells began to hear even stranger noises. The encounters escalated, and the Bells’ youngest daughter, Betsy, began experiencing physically brutal encounters with the entity. The evil disturbances escalated over the next year. As word of the Bell disturbances spread throughout the community, so did the entity's antics.
Word eventually spread outside the settlement, even as far as Nashville, where one Andrew Jackson became interested.
Jackson and John Bell had a long discussion about the Indians and other topics while Jackson's men patiently waited to see if the "spirit" was going to manifest itself. One of the men in Jackson's entourage claimed to be a "witch tamer." After several uneventful hours, this man decided to "call" the "spirit." He pulled out a shiny pistol and made his intent to kill the "spirit" known to all that were present.
Almost immediately, the man began screaming and moving his body in many different directions. He said he was being stuck with pins and being severely beaten. The man quickly ran out the door
Jackson, a hero in the Battle of New Orleans four years earlier, was quoted as later having said, "I'd rather fight the entire British Army than to deal with the Bell Witch." Jackson later became the President of the United States.
Today, the "Spirit" which haunted the Bell family nearly 200 years ago is believed by many to be the source of numerous manifestations in the area where the story took place. The faint sounds of people talking and children playing can sometimes be heard in the area. The cause of the Bells' torment nearly 200 years ago and today's unexplained manifestations has remained a mystery.

HAUNTED! The Benton Homestead

So here’s the info I promised on one of our upcoming investigations.

There’s an old farmhouse in Tolland Connecticut that was built in 1720.

The history surrounding this house includes a tragic love story, captured Hessian Officers, a son back from the Revolutionary war (bringing with him smallpox) and the dead buried right in the front lawn!

The rich history of this place is well documented and while I plan on getting into the details at a later date, I thought for now I’ll offer up the more recent freaky tidbits.

The first time I experienced the Benton Homestead was when some friends of mine wanted to show me a Haunted house in Tolland. I was only 13 years old at the time. We all piled into the car of the only friend we had at the time who was old enough to drive. It was a dark and chilly night as we drove down the winding back country roads. We pulled up in front of the house and dared each other to get out of the car. Of course none of us had the guts to do it!

Now this old house sits really close to the road as is typical of many old New England farmhouses. We could plainly see through the bare windows that there were portraits on the walls in the upstairs bedrooms. With our faces pressed to the car windows we watched the eyes in the paintings glow red! We were freaking out! "Did you see that?!" we were screaming at each other. "GO, GO!!" "DRIVE!!" we screamed at the driver.

We were scared out of our wits. So we burnt rubber out of there but as the road was a dead end we had to once again drive by the house! Our friend who was driving decided to stop in front of the house on the way back. This time a light came on in one of the upstairs rooms. We again freaked out and begged the driver to go. The thing is here folks. . . No one lived in the house. At that time there was no electric lighting. There were no wires going to that house!

This was only the beginning of what would be many spooky experiences with this Haunted house.

I’ve been back many times since and have brought others to see these haunted happenings. We’ve yet to be disappointed.

One occasion that comes to mind is when a group of us went up to investigate during the day.
It was a bright sunny Summer afternoon and there was no one around but us. We walked around the house peering into windows and checking out the graves in the front yard. This time we weren’t scared at all and it seemed to be just another old abandoned farmhouse.

I recall looking through a side window and seeing a room that was fully furnished in colonial period furniture. Right by the window was a small wood cradle with a baby doll tucked in with blankets. Its little eyes closed tight, forever sleeping as plastic baby dolls do.

One of my friends called me over to check out this old well on the other side of the house.
I told her you could see into this room really good by standing on a rock and that she should come check it out. When we went back to window where the baby doll was, I saw something that to this day makes the hair on my neck stand up. The Baby had been turned over face down and the blankets were removed!! THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE HOUSE!! NO ONE LIVED THERE!!

That was just another example of the bizarre things that happened at this place.
It is now open to the public as a historical museum. Although you are not allowed to go upstairs.
Unless of course your name is Seeker and you happen to convince the curator on a day that no one else is there but you and him. ;)

The second floor is by far the creepiest place in that house. A very narrow crooked stairway takes you to a small hallway with a couple of bedrooms. The first bedroom on the left had some of the original furniture from the Benton’s. Including a sampler hand stitched by the very Woman who now haunts that place with a passion. The tragic Jemima Barrows. She was the forbidden lover who while not allowed to marry the Benton’s son was allowed to care for him in the house while he suffered from smallpox.

There I stood in her bedroom. I could feel her eyes on me as I examined the detail of her work.
Why did they hide her things away up here? The floors seemed unstable as I walked down the hall to the second bedroom. This room was used as storage for the museum and didn’t feel active in any way.

Downstairs you can see the window where they removed the body of their son to his final resting place in the front yard. He was so contagious they didn’t want to carry his body through the house so they pulled him out the window!

In the basement you can see the fireplace that warmed the souls of the Hessian officers and still barely make out where they carved the word "Hessian" and the date 1777.

Yes I have a knack for "feeling" ghosts. She didn’t want to follow me into that room. She stayed behind in her bedroom. She’s still there now I’m sure. She never fails at showing her presence to me whenever I return to visit. Much to the dismay of those who brave the trip with me.

The Seeker team is planning a new trip to the old Homestead and we’ll be sure to capture her and her departed love on film. That is unless the old Benton senior ghost doesn’t scare us off!

Here’s a link with more spooky info on the Homestead.

Mind May Affect Machines

For 26 years, strange conversations have been taking place in a basement lab at Princeton University.

No one can hear them, but they can see their apparent effect: balls that go in certain directions on command, water fountains that seem to rise higher with a wish and drums that quicken their beat.

Yet no one hears the conversations because they occur between the minds of experimenters and the machines they will to action.

Using random event generators -- computers that spew random output -- they have participants focus their intent on controlling the machines' output. Out of several million trials, they've detected small but "statistically significant" signs that minds may be able to interact with machines. However, researchers are careful not to claim that minds cause an effect or that they know the nature of the communication.
